Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location is a bit out of the way in an industrial area, but it's convenient with a tram stop nearby. The rooms were decent in size but noisy facing the street. The service was a bit lacking in friendliness. The dining options were average, and the facilities could use some improvement. However, the price was reasonable, considering the amenities offered.
I stayed in a higher standard room, which was very nice. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was good despite being a bit hot and stuffy. I had a comfortable night’s sleep considering the value for money.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives during my stay. The rooms were spacious but had a lingering smell of cigarettes and cleanliness issues. However, they were comfortable once we settled in. The service was friendly and helpful, particularly during check-in and at the restaurant. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation but not in the most attractive area. The dining experience was satisfactory but not exceptional. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room I booked ended up being flooded due to heavy rain, but the staff quickly found a solution by offering accommodation at a 1-star hotel outside the city. The room itself, although small like a sweet, provided a comfortable night's sleep on a perfect mattress. Kudos to the housekeeping, especially Olesa, for their attention to detail despite the dusty conditions.
The hotel staff, especially Olesa from housekeeping, took excellent care of our room, but the street-side rooms were very noisy with constant tram and car sounds, making it challenging to sleep. The location is convenient due to its proximity to a public transport stop, although the surrounding area may not be the most appealing. The service was somewhat lacking, with delays in room cleaning and unresponsiveness to requests. The dining options had limitations, especially with breakfast availability, and the facilities were decent, but improvements could be made for a more satisfying stay.
